Beta trust

Terms of Use

These terms set the practical rules for using Presaro’s early beta and explain where the software helps—and where the user remains responsible.

Effective and last updated: September 17, 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating a Presaro account or using Presaro, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Presaro accounts are intended for adults capable of entering into an agreement. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and promptly tell Presaro if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. Beta service

Presaro is currently an early beta. Features and workflows may evolve as the product is tested with early users. Beta status does not remove Presaro’s responsibility to operate the service honestly and with reasonable care, but it means features may change and occasional interruption or error may occur.

3. What Presaro is

Presaro is software that helps landlords organize rental-property information and workflows. Presaro is not your property manager, lawyer, accountant, tax adviser, engineer, building inspector, insurance adviser, lender or real-estate broker. Information in Presaro is organizational and informational and is not professional advice.

4. Your responsibilities

Presaro does not determine whether a landlord’s action is legally permitted.

  • You remain responsible for landlord decisions and for information that you enter or approve.
  • You are responsible for complying with applicable tenancy, privacy, human-rights, notice, inspection, entry and other laws.
  • You must obtain appropriate authority to enter or upload information about tenants and other people.
  • You should obtain qualified professional advice when legal, tax, accounting, engineering, inspection, insurance or other expertise is needed.

5. AI-assisted information

The current AI-assisted document-reading feature proposes information for user review. Its output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not an authoritative decision or verification. A user must review and approve proposed information before it changes authoritative landlord records.

6. Walkthroughs

Presaro provides tools for capturing and organizing walkthrough information. Presaro does not inspect a property, certify its condition, detect hidden damage or guarantee that defects will be identified. Walkthrough photos and videos are not currently analysed by AI. Users remain responsible for lawful notice, entry and tenant-consent requirements.

7. Rent and financial information

Rent confirmations are records entered or confirmed by a landlord or other authorized user. Presaro does not connect to a bank or independently verify that rent was paid. Financial-property information in Presaro is organizational and is not accounting, tax, investment or lending advice.

8. Your content

You retain the rights you have in content you provide. You give Presaro only the permission reasonably necessary to host, process, display, transmit and back up that content to operate and support the service. These Terms do not give Presaro a right to sell your content, use it in advertising or use it to train AI models. You must have the rights and authority needed to provide the content.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use Presaro to:

  • Break the law, impersonate someone, harass or unlawfully discriminate against another person.
  • Violate another person’s privacy, confidentiality or intellectual-property rights.
  • Introduce malware, attack the service, seek unauthorized access, or bypass security and account-isolation controls.
  • Use another person’s account or interfere with another user’s use of Presaro.

10. Third-party services

Some functionality depends on third-party services, including cloud infrastructure, Google sign-in and address lookup, email delivery, Stripe billing infrastructure and AI document processing. Those services may have their own terms and availability. Presaro remains responsible for choosing and integrating its providers reasonably, but cannot promise that every third-party service will always be available.

11. Fees and billing

Presaro is currently offered as an early beta, and its Stripe environment remains in sandbox/test mode. Presaro may introduce paid plans in the future, but a beta user will receive appropriate notice and must agree before Presaro begins charging that user. These Terms do not create a live paid subscription or authorize an unexpected charge.

12. Availability and changes

Presaro does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Presaro may improve, replace or discontinue beta functionality with reasonable regard for affected users and their records. Presaro will not treat this clause as permission to destroy customer data without an appropriate process.

13. Suspension, termination and deletion

A user may request account deletion through Presaro’s account controls. The request remains cancellable during the seven-day grace period, after which permanent deletion is completed with founder/administrator assistance during beta. Presaro may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, suspected misuse or legal obligations. Where appropriate, Presaro will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue. Account restrictions and deletion follow the service’s existing lifecycle rather than silently removing records.

14. Disclaimers and responsibility

Presaro is provided on an as-available basis during beta. You remain responsible for reviewing records, making landlord decisions and keeping copies needed for your own legal, tax or business obligations. Presaro does not guarantee that information or AI-assisted output is accurate, complete or suitable for a particular decision.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any more specific limitation of liability or indemnity should be reviewed professionally before commercial launch and is not included in this beta version.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to waive. Final dispute-resolution and venue wording should be professionally reviewed before commercial launch.
